SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

By submitting payment for your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Short-Term Rental Agreement in full.
50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
A pre-authorization hold of 20% of the booking total will be placed on your payment method on the day of arrival and released 5 days after departure, pending no damages or additional charges.
All payments made toward your stay are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may affect your travel plans.
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-outs are subject to additional fees unless pre-approved in writing
Some of our properties are pet-friendly. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the pet terms outlined in the individual property listing. Only properties that explicitly state they allow pets are eligible for pet stays.
Guests are fully responsible for the behavior, supervision, and cleanup of their pets at all times. BNL Property Management assumes no liability for injury, damage, or loss caused by or to pets during your stay.
Failure to follow pet-related rules may result in additional cleaning fees, fines, or cancellation of your reservation.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The cost of repairs, extra cleaning, or replacement of items will be deducted from the pre-authorization hold or charged directly if needed.
The Host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. Guests use the property at their own risk.
