⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that Bob & Lianne, owners of BNL Properties, truly care about their guests and take great pride in sharing their beautiful homes with others. They've been hosting short-term rentals since 2017, and it shows in every thoughtful detail — everything was spotless, comfortable, and so welcoming!

The Buena Vista house was a dream — peaceful, private, and perfect for our family (and our dog loved the huge fenced yard!). Having private access to the Arkansas River and being able to walk right onto BLM land for hiking was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Plus, the flat land made it so easy to park our trailer with bikes and gear!

During our trip, we spent days skiing at Monarch Mountain, soaking in the hot springs at Mount Princeton, and riding the incredible bike trails in Salida. There’s so much to do — rafting, 4-wheeling, hiking, exploring — we barely scratched the surface! The Salida condo is also amazing — hip, stylish, and literally steps away from the river and all the cool shops and restaurants downtown. You can't beat the location.
